THE INSTRUMENT 2016 “MEMORIZED SCAPE”

Evoked the notion of memories which is motif-ed by the structure of memories.

The artwork is one of the metaphoric approaches to the memorizing sense which is like playing a musical instrument in a room, and the space is like a rhizommatic world which is on the vision of water reflection with ripples as memorized forms. The randomly connected memories are like waves and ripples in unconsciousness.

It is a “Memorized-scape”.

The installation is created using by a discarded, broken, old triumph autoplay piano, of which the keyboard is connected to the water on a huge glass table by the rhizommatic structure of the copper pipes though strings. And when the piano plays, the water is synchronizing by light reflections as the projection of ripples.
